- Directions:
- Wait until the back crust rises, approximately 21/2 – 3 minutes.
- Slide the turning peel under the pizza to gently loosen the dough.
- Slide the peel under one side of the pizza. Lift and tilt the peel so one edge of the pizza is still in contact with the stone.
- Pull the edge of the pizza towards you and use a U-shaped motion to rotate and push the pizza back into the oven.
- Once recentered, lower the peel and slide it straight out from beneath the pizza.
- Continue to rotate as needed for even cooking.
